WHAT ARE THE LEVELS OF MEMBERSHIP AVAILABLE?
There are 4 tiers of membership.
The Regular membership is your first step into the exclusive world of Club 21 Card membership and is available to members who spend S$500 in a single receipt or in accumulated receipts over a 3-month period on regular-priced items.
The Classic membership opens doors to a distinct world of luxury lifestyle indulgences and is available to members who spend S$15,000 or accumulate 30,000 points over a 12-month period.
The Prestige membership has its preferential benefits and is available to members who spend S$50,000 or accumulate 100,000 points over a 12-month period.
The Elite membership offers nothing less than the very best and is available to members who spend S$100,000 or accumulate 200,000 points over a 12-month period.
HOW DO I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP EVERY YEAR?
Regular membership will be automatically renewed, when you accumulate 2,000 points over a 24-month period from the date of issue.
Classic Cardmembers require 30,000 points accumulated over a 24-month period to renew your membership for another two years.
Prestige Cardmembers require 100,000 points accumulated over a 24-month period to renew your membership for another two years.
Elite Cardmembers require 200,000 points accumulated over a 24-month period to renew your membership for another two years.
HOW CAN I BECOME A CLASSIC MEMBER?
In order to become a Classic Cardmember, you must first be a Club 21 Cardmember and accumulate 30,000 Club points over a 12-month period.
HOW CAN I BECOME A PRESTIGE MEMBER?
Accumulate 100,000 points over a 12-month period.
HOW CAN I BECOME AN ELITE MEMBER?
Accumulate 200,000 points over a 12-month period.
HOW LONG DOES CLUB 21 TAKE TO PROCESS MY APPLICATION?
Your Club 21 Card and Book of Privileges will be sent to your mailing address within 15 working days after receipt of your application.
MY PERSONAL DETAILS HAVE CHANGED, HOW DO I NOTIFY CLUB 21?

At any Club 21store. Just ask for a “Change in Personal Details Form”, fill it out and submit it to the store.
Please allow at least 7 working days for the change in your personal details to be processed.
CAN I USE THE CLUB 21 CARD AT CLUB 21 STORES OVERSEAS?
Currently, the Club 21 Card can only be used in Singapore. As a Club 21 member however, you are entitled to dining, lifestyle, getaway and beauty privileges across Malaysia and Thailand. Full list here.
CAN I EARN CLUB POINTS AT PLACES OTHER THAN CLUB 21 BOUTIQUES?
No. Club Points are exclusively offered to Club 21 Members at our boutiques.
WILL I BE ABLE TO ACCUMULATE CLUB POINTS ON SALE ITEMS?
You may accumulate Club Points on sale items purchased at our boutiques. However, Club points will not be issued for purchases made at bazaars, collectible stores or any other temporaqry sales location which may be determined by Club 21 from time to time.
IF I FORGET TO BRING MY CLUB 21 CARD OR IF MY CARD IS LOST, WILL I STILL BE ENTITLED TO MY CLUB POINTS?
For Cardmember’s security, we cannot give Club Points to customer who do not produce their cards upon payment.
HOW MANY CLUB POINTS DO I NEED BEFORE I CAN REDEEM A REWARD?
Redemptions start from 1,350 points and 5,000 points for a Club 21 Redemption Voucher.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARD?
Once you’ve selected you reward, simply redeem online at www.club21card.com or by filling out a redemption form. Redemption forms are available at all Club 21 boutiques.
HOW DO I COLLECT MY REWARD REDEMPTION?
You can choose to collect your reward from any of the Club 21 boutiques listed online. Once you’ve submitted your Rewards Redemption Form, the stores will inform you once it’s ready for collection. If you do not hear from us, your redemptions will be ready within 15 working days from the date of receipt of your redemption form.
WHERE CAN I USE MY CLUB 21 REDEMPTION VOUCHER?
You can use your Redemption Voucher at any Free-standing Club 21 boutique (excluding store-in-stores) in Singapore. Full list here.
HOW LONG ARE REDEMPTION VOUCHERS VALID FOR?
Redemption Vouchers are valid for (6) months from the date of issue and must be used before they expire.
CAN I REDEEM THE SAME REWARD MORE THAN ONCE?
Yes. You may redeem a Reward as many times as you wish so long as you have sufficient Points and the reward is available.
CAN I GIVE MY REDEMPTION VOUCHERS TO MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY?
No. All Redemption Vouchers are issued in the name of the Cardmember and are non-transferable.
HOW MANY REDEMPTION VOUCHERS CAN I USE AT ONE GO?
You are free to exchange as many Redemption Vouchers as you like for your purchases unless otherwise stated.
CAN I STILL USE THE REDEMPTION VOUCHER IF I DO NOT HAVE MY CARD WITH ME?
For security reasons, we cannot allow cardmembers without their cards to use their redemption Voucher(s). The Club 21 Card must be presented with the Redemption Voucher(s) before you make the transaction.
CAN I USE MY REDEMPTION VOUCHERS DURING SALES OR TOGETHER WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS/GIFT VOUCHERS?
Redemption Voucher(s) may not be used with discount, birthday vouchers, promotional vouchers, on sale items or at Bazaars.
HOW CAN I KEEP TRACK OF MY CLUB POINTS?
You are able to check your point balance online at www.club21card.com and at the same time, explore your redemption options. Alternatively, you can call our rewards Hotline at 6304 1333 during office hours (Mon-Fri 9.00am – 6.30pm) to check your point balance. In addition to these, a statement of account will be mailed to you once every 2 months.
HOW ACCURATE IS MY CLUB 21 STATEMENT?
Your statement accounts for all points earned or redeemed up to the date of printing stated. Points earned or redeemed after that date will be reflected in the next statement.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY CLUB 21 STATEMENT?
If you haven’t received a statement for over 2 months, please contact Reward Hotline at 6304 1333 during office hours or emaill rewards@club21.com.sg to let us know and we will send you one immediately.
WILL MY CLUB POINTS EXPIRE?
Yes. All unused Club Points will expire on the expiry date printed on your Card. Redemptions must be completed within 24 months of the date of issue of your Club 21 Card.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CLUB POINTS WHEN I RETURN MERCHANDISE?
Only credit notes will be issued for returned goods. Thus no Club Points will be deducted. Similarly, upon utilizing of credit notes, no Club Points will be issued.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOSE MY CARD OR IF MY CARD GETS STOLEN?
Immediately report the loss of your card to Direct Marketing Department by calling the Rewards Hotline at 6304 1333. We will issue you with a Card Replacement Form and replace your card as soon as your form is received.
You may also notify us in writing to Direct Marketing Department, Club 21 Pte Ltd, 583 Orchard Road #07-01 Forum, Singapore 238884 or inform us online at www.club21card.com. A replacement fee of S$10 will be levied.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CLUB POINTS WHEN I LOSE MY CARD?
Please report the loss of your card immediately and we will automatically transfer all your Club Points to your new card.
